We aim to offer the best tools to make your life easier managing your conference, event, symposium by having all the tools in one place, not all over the place!

We're a small team based in Romania, with a background in education and software development, building a product to really help your conference, running a call for paper and managing as much as possible all of the related processes.

The first version was build in 2007 and was used until 2016 as a standalone installation for each conference running on it. After that moment, we decided to build a new version, that would not require a new instalation each time but just by a few clicks to allow starting over a new event, setting it up in a few minutes and allowing you to accept submissions right away. Since that moment, we work to improve existing flows, add new features that will help and make your life easier as an organizer but also as an author.

At this moment public registrations are still closed but we are happy to have you in and work together!
